Terms and Conditions
In this agreement the term image includes photograph, transparency, digital image however originated, or any other item which may be offered for the purposes of reproduction.
The copyright in the images is retained by Anne Green-Armytage at all times throughout the world. No unauthorised copying of the images is permitted.
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details in any other way and you may ask that your details be removed from our system by writing to the address above.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
Sizing
All sizes are approximate; sizes may vary slightly depending on the actual size of the image.
For giclee and digital prints a small border (approx. 10mm) of blank paper in excess of the quoted size will be supplied to facilitate framing. With non-standard rectangular images the image will be printed according to the longest side; in this case a larger border may be supplied on the shorter side. As all prints are individually crafted, you are advised to wait until you receive your image before purchasing a frame.
For canvas prints the image is wrapped around the stretcher creating a seamless and borderless effect. With non-standard sizes, the canvas area may be slightly larger or smaller than quoted.
Delivery
Carriage is charged at £8.50 per print.
We aim to deliver to mainland UK in 14-21 working days after an order is placed; in many cases actual delivery will be sooner than this, but cannot be guaranteed. The due delivery date shall be 21 working days after the date on which the order is placed.
Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
Giclee and matt digital prints are supplied packed flat in a reinforced envelope for smaller formats, and rolled in a rigid cardboard tube for larger formats. Canvas prints are packed in an expandable reinforced cardboard box and shipped via special courier. We take the utmost care to ensure the safe delivery of all images.
As soon as we have delivered the goods you will be responsible for them. If you delay accepting a delivery, our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence will end on the date the carrier tried to deliver the goods to you.
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must return them within 3 days including their original packing. Where outer packaging is clearly damaged in transit please ensure that if you accept the delivery you sign Damaged Consignment. IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS WE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR GOODS SAID TO BE DAMAGED ON DELIVERY.
Undelivered goods must be reported within 10 days of the due delivery date. We regret that as each print is custom crafted to order, refunds cannot be made for any other reason. If, however, you cancel your order before printing has taken place, a full refund may be given, at our discretion. Return postage cannot be refunded.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts, such jurisdiction to be inclusive save for the infringement of copyright or non-payment of invoices where it will be non-exclusive.
