Matt Digital

An economical option with high-quality digital printing onto archival heavyweight matt 200gsm paper. Prints should last many years without fading.

Sizing Information

All sizes are approximate; sizes may vary slightly depending on the actual size of the image.

For matt digital prints a small border (approx. 10mm) of blank paper in excess of the quoted size will be supplied to facilitate framing. With non-standard rectangular images the image will be printed according to the longest side; in this case a larger border may be supplied on the shorter side. As all prints are individually crafted, you are advised to wait until you receive your image before purchasing a frame.

Fine Art Giclee

Giclee (pronounced "zheeclay") is a French word meaning, "fine spray". It is a computer generated print that is produced by the spraying of an image on to fine art paper. The inks used are specially formulated so that the fine print heads can spurt jets of ink in minute droplets at a resolution of 1440 dpi. Your picture is printed on fine art etch 300gsm paper, which is specially prepared to accept this type of printing.

Dramatic improvements have been made recently to the inks used and the paper or canvas accepted by printers and giclee-quality inkjet prints can now have a light-fast life expectancy of more than 100 years. When prints are produced on good quality paper, the print should possess archival standards of permanence comparable or better than other collectible artwork. The visual quality of the print is extremely high and the color saturation and definition stunning.

Canvas

Highest Quality Materials

Images are printed onto real artist cotton canvas before being stretched over gallery quality, fully expandable, 30mm deep, wooden stretcher bars.

Choose from the standard sizes in our price lists or choose the Custom Service whereby large, bespoke or tiled canvases are manufactured for you.

Canvas Finish

Your chosen image will be 'Gallery Wrapped' around the edge of the frame. Your print will be heat-sealed in a Satin Finish which increases the durability and allows your canvas to be wiped down with a damp cloth - ideal for public spaces, hotels, restaurants or offices.

Presentation

All canvas prints come protected and beautifully presented in expandable boxes and include the relevant gallery fixings so they are ready to hang on the wall.

For canvas prints the image is wrapped around the stretcher creating a seamless and borderless effect. With non-standard sizes, the canvas area may be slightly larger or smaller than quoted.
